Welcome. Today I want to propose a simple dish that doesn’t require many products. To make a dish, I need 300 g of pasta in the form of large shells, one large onion, finely chopped, 250 g mushrooms, about 150 g chicken breast and 2 large cloves of garlic. I pour pasta into boiling, salted water. To prevent the pasta from sticking, I added a tablespoon of oil to the water. After a while, mix it so that the shells do not stick to the bottom. I cook the pasta for about 8-10 minutes, being careful not to overcook. During this time, I heat a small amount of oil in the pan. When it reaches the right temperature, I add finely chopped chicken breast. Of course, you can also use turkey breast. The main thing is that it was white meat. I spread the meat in a pan and add grated garlic. I mix again. After a while, I add the onion and mix the ingredients. When the onion is soft, I add the finely chopped mushrooms. After mixing, I add salt and pepper to taste and let the dish fry until the water from the mushrooms evaporates. When the stuffing is ready, I take the pasta shells and fill them, then place them on a baking tray with butter. Shells filled with stuffing, pour 30% cream. The last step is sprinkling the whole with grated cheese. The food prepared in this way will go to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for no more than 8 minutes.
